The sound check on September 1st, 2023 ( see Sound Check ) was an inspiring experience for me. I was impressed by the workshop alone. You can tell that someone is working here with passion. I immediately felt at home and thought to myself that this is a place where you can escape the stress of everyday life.
About the guitar:
I am amazed at how well the "Panther" model feels in the hand and immediately motivates me to play. I have a lot of guitars myself, but with this one I immediately had the feeling that I had always played it. The neck is not too thin and I also found the neck profile very positive. .
About the sound:
We used a Fender Hot Rod Deville Michael Landau and played with just pure tube distortion. The sound was absolutely amazing in my opinion. The "thing" really rocks. The guitar really makes you want to rock. The P90 single coil on the neck also produces very fine tones, which makes the guitar ideal for jazz. I can only compliment Franz on how he was able to create such a work of art in such a short time. Keep it up.

About me
I (Franz Daucher) was born in Austria in 1966 and have been living in Liechtenstein since 2002, where I found my true love. As an amateur carpenter and guitarist, I have always had the big n
Dream of building your own guitar.
I realized this long-awaited dream under the guidance of a guitar maker from Switzerland. This unique experience lit a fire in me. I really wanted to produce high-quality professional guitars myself. I set up a professional workshop in 2020 and optimized the processing processes again and again.
I took the name Lightstone Guitars from the first beat band in Liechtenstein “The Lightstones” . My father-in-law founded this back in 1964.
I made my dream come true. Maybe you've been dreaming about it for a long time.

2 years from the end of the course or the date of purchase of the guitar. If you have any problems, you can contact me at any time and we can make an appointment in my workshop. Personal support is very important to me.
Repairs and service work.
will be dealt with promptly by me:
Clean and oil the fingerboard
Re-tighten the truss rod if necessary for optimal string position
Adjust the string position optimally. If this is not possible, perhaps make a new professional bone saddle
Service cracking or noisy potentiometers or replace them if necessary
Tune pickups to the same volume
Troubleshoot electronics problems

How long does the course last?
The course lasts a total of 80 hours. The timing and days of the course are individually designed.
What if something comes up and I don't have 80 hours left?
If this is the case, I can happily build the guitar for you for a small additional charge
Can I also pause guitar building?
You can choose your own pace; we can plan a vacation or other breaks together .
